Secure Communications
Communication security is the cornerstone of DrugHub's operational integrity. Our support infrastructure is segmented to ensure maximum privacy. All external communications to the emails listed below must be PGP encrypted. Unencrypted messages containing sensitive data are automatically discarded by our mail servers to protect user anonymity.
Operations Support
Primary channel for account recovery, vendor bond inquiries, and API access requests. Do not use this channel for active order disputes.
Security & Exploits
Dedicated channel for whitehat researchers and critical infrastructure reporting. Vulnerability disclosures are eligible for bounty rewards.
Dispute Resolution Protocol
The internal ticketing system is the only authorized channel for order-related disputes and escrow releases. Messages sent via the internal system are cryptographically signed by your account key, preventing identity spoofing and ensuring dispute resolution agents have verified access to transaction metadata. External emails regarding active orders will be ignored.
